New Feature - Average Deposit Amount

The average deposit amount column is now available. The new column can be found right after the "Deposits Sum" column in any report. It is turned off by default, so you need to tick the “Average Deposit Amount” checkbox to make it visible. The new feature allows you to view the average deposit amount in money equivalent of a player or a group of players.
