We received the following email from Gamesys Group Partners:
"Dear Affiliate,

Due to market restrictions, we will no longer be offering our brands to players residing in the Netherlands.

Efforts are already underway to contact all affected players, but we are taking extra steps to ensure that, as an affiliate, you are aware of the timeline leading up to the closure.

On Monday 25th January players residing in the Netherlands will be blocked from making deposits on any of our sites and those players will be asked to withdraw any outstanding balance from their accounts.

On Monday 1st February all wagering and gameplay activity will be blocked.
What does this mean for you?

From 01/02/2021 you will no longer generate any commissions from these players as they will no longer be able to wager or play.

We would like to assure you, however, that any commissions you have already earned up until the market is closed will be paid to you in full by the end of next month.

We ask you to take the time to remove all marketing material promoting our services to players residing in the Netherlands.

Should you have any questions or need more information, please contact the Gamesys Group Partners team. We look forward to helping you however we can.

Best regards,
Gamesys Group Partners"

That's costing me a lot of revenue.
I can't actually believe they let these players go.
Wouldn't they be migrated to another brand, without our tags of course?

After a lot of emails they were not able to give me an explanation about the reason, except it was a legal decision.

Yes that's a pity.

So where to send NL traffic now (a program that converts and will still be active in 2022)?

Hi Strider1973,

We accept NL traffic and have a 47% conversion rate for February. Also, we don't have any deductions besides a 3% admin fee. No NCO. No Quotas.

Strider, i am afraid all brands that are going to have a license in the Netherlands this year, have to start with an empty player database.
And if they don't it will be illegal

So I'm wondering if there are any brands that will be active in NL without a license?

Sure, but i don't know if you would want to promote those, especially not from an .nl or in Dutch language

Of course. Like in every regulated market. There are also brands offering games of chance without a license to Americans or Australians.

Of course I've stopped promoting sites in dutch long time ago, and I don't own any .nl domain.

I'm just looking for a reputable affiliate program that has been around for long time and that will continue to be around in NL for the next 3-5 years, paying me on revenue share for the players that I'll send because my existing favourite program will exit NL.
And after bad experiences with regulated markets I'm preferring a grey operator that I can start promoting today vs a regulated operator...

So which programs can you suggest?
