MrPlay Partners - Delayed payment and lack of contact

Has anyone else had issues receiving their final payment from MrPlay Partners?

I'm posting to see whether anyone else is in the same position and, hopefully, to get some attention from the company.

As many people know, MrPlay Partners is winding down its affiliate programme. I was contacted and asked to confirm my payment details so they could send my final outstanding affiliate earnings.

I provided everything requested back in June and received confirmation from my affiliate manager, Chase Rosen, that payment would be made during July.

July has now ended, and I have received nothing.

I've sent follow-up emails to Chase requesting an update and posted messages on the online portal, but unfortunately I've had no response whatsoever. At this point I'm not even concerned about the delay as much as the complete lack of communication.

It isn’t a lot of money. I'm simply asking the company to honour the commitment they made and process the outstanding payment in a timely manner.

If anyone else is waiting for their final payment, I'd be interested to know whether you've had a similar experience or whether you've been paid as promised

I'd much rather resolve this privately, but after repeated attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered, I feel I have little choice but to raise the issue publicly

Hopefully someone from MrPlay Partners monitors these forums and can help resolve this promptly.

We do have same issue with them. They reached out to us in start of June regarding their closure and to sort out payment, and we provided them with payment details for the payment to be made.

We also had a small amount to pay out, but so far no payment has come.
