Even though they have nothing in the T&C's about performance rules they have been closing accounts stating that as the reason:
Dear Affiliate,
As you may know, the regulatory landscape, most particularly in the UK, is changing constantly and making things more difficult to ensure continued and complete compliance in the gaming field particularly with the tight deadlines being imposed on the industry.
As such, we have been going through our base of affiliates and you your account has been selected for deletion for lack of traffic and/or depositors.
If at anytime in the future you wish to start sending traffic to our sites, please contact us.
