Termination

8.5 You shall stop promoting the sites and all rights and licenses given to you under this agreement will terminate immediately.
8.6 You shall return all confidential information and cease use of any of the marks and marketing materials (including deleting and purging the same from your computer systems).
8.7 Sections 7, 9, 10, 11 and 12.5 and such other provisions as are necessary for the interpretation or enforcement of this agreement after termination, shall survive any termination or expiry of this agreement.
