Predatory Terms:
To qualify for Revenue Share on Net Revenue, Affiliates must generate at least three (3) Active Players each month.
If fewer than three Active Players are generated in any month, the Affiliate’s commission will be reduced to 10% of Net Revenue for that period.
Once the Affiliate meets the minimum requirement again, the standard Revenue Share percentages will apply moving forward, but past months will not be adjusted retroactively.
