Due to these terms:
"6.5 If the Affiliate does not attract a minimum of 10 (ten) New Users within 9 (nine) consecutive calendar months, the Company has the right to change the terms of cooperation, reduce the Commission, suspend the Affiliates account in the Affiliate Program, or unilaterally terminate this Agreement with the Affiliate.
6.2.1. If the Affiliate claims the Commission after the 6 (six) months from the date of occurrence of this Commission, EVERNESS GROUP LIMITED reserves the right to pay this Commission within 6 (six) month after the receiving of the Affiliate's claim (the whole amount or in parts at the discretion of EVERNESS GROUP LIMITED).
6.4 The Affiliates commission is not fixed and is determined based on the quality of traffic generated by New Users who register through the Partners Referral Link, as well as any individual agreements made with an EVERNESS GROUP LIMITED representative.
Immediately terminate the Affiliate Agreement."
