Due to these terms:
"7.7.5. You hereby recognize that if 50% of Customers of your total traffic volume made only a minimum first deposit during the current month, then such traffic shall be considered as motivated under the Affiliate Agreement, and thereby any Commission in relation to such Customers can be frozen or not payable upon Company decision.
7.7.6. You hereby recognize that if more than 50% of Customers of your total traffic volume made only a minimum first deposit during the current month, then the whole traffic volume shall be considered as motivated. In this case, the Company has a right not to pay the Commission for such traffic.
7.7.7. You hereby recognize that if more than 50% of Customers of your total traffic volume made only a first and second deposits during the current month, then the whole traffic volume shall be considered as motivated. In this case, the Company has a right not to pay the Commission for such traffic.
7.7.8. You hereby recognize that if more than 50% of Customers of your total traffic volume made only a few deposits according to the baseline set up in the commission during the current month, then the whole traffic volume shall be considered as motivated. In this case, the Company has a right not to pay the Commission for such traffic.
7.7.9. You hereby recognize that if more than 50% of Customers in your total traffic volume make only a few deposits and show low or no gaming activity during the current month, this traffic will be considered as poor quality traffic. The Company may freeze or choose not to pay any Commission related to such traffic.
7.7.10. You hereby recognize that the term motivated traffic includes the following patterns, but not limited to:
IP crossings
Incorrect or fake personal data
Fraudulent activity in relation to payment methods
Similar gaming activity
No signs of engagement
7.7.11. You hereby recognize that if 20% of Customers of your total traffic volume found to be bonus abusers, money launderers or fraudsters or assist in any form in affiliate fraud (whether notified by you or later discovered by us) do not count as a valid Customers under the Affiliate Agreement, and thereby no Commission shall be payable in relation to whole your traffic.
7.7.4 You hereby recognise that in case a big winning takes place in the end of the current month (from 20 till 30/ 31) and a balance of a respective player remains unspent or is lost during the next month, such funds will not be included into commission fees of an Affiliate in accordance with the terms of the Revenue Share or Hybrid Commission.
7.7.13. The Company has a right to cancel the Affiliates current Negotiated Plan and set a new terms of the Negotiated Plan unilaterally notifying the Affiliate one (1) bank day in advance. Reasons of cancellation may include:
a)low quality traffic;
b)low conversion that may lead to a negative balance.
You hereby recognize that after the cancellation of a current Negotiated Plan and setting of the one with unilateral notification one (1) bank day beforehand all subsequent traffic that will be brought by the Affiliate (registrations, first deposits and subsequent deposits) will be paid under conditions of a new Negotiated Plan.
8.3. If the total amount of Affiliate Payments for any calendar month is less than EUR 100, the balance will roll over to the next months Affiliate Payments until the total amount reaches EUR 100 or more. Once the accumulated total reaches EUR 100, the balance will continue to accumulate in future months until it reaches EUR 500, at which point the balance will become eligible for withdrawal, subject to the conditions outlined in 8.3.1..
8.3.1.. The minimum amount for withdrawal is EUR 500, unless a different amount is specifically agreed upon in the Negotiated Plan. Any accumulated Affiliate Payments that reach EUR 500 or more may be withdrawn, provided the other conditions of this Affiliate Agreement are met.
8.7. If for 6 consecutive calendar months, we are unable to transfer to you the Affiliate Payments to your Payment Method because of any incomplete or incorrect payment details, or for any other reason beyond our control, we may retain any such Affiliate Payments and will no longer be liable to pay such to you.
The Company reserves the right to modify the Commission structure within the Negotiated Plan as provided in this Agreement. It is the Affiliates responsibility to regularly check the commission details in the Back Office. If the Affiliate disagrees with any modifications, the Affiliate must send a 24-hour notice of termination to the Company, effectively ending the Agreement.
8.8. If a Negotiated Plan is applicable to you, we reserve the right to amend the Commission scheme and/or Commission amount by which you will be paid, as well as the qualification criteria for which the Commission is to be paid which includes without limitation the Customer qualification criteria. We shall solely proceed with any such amendment after informing you of the change and the date that the change will come into effect."
