Due to this term:
In the event that an Affiliate's referred Players generate Negative Net Deposits (Total Deposits less Total Withdrawals) for 2 or more consecutive calendar months, Revenue Network reserves the right (but not limited to) to modify, alter, reduce and/or remove that Affiliate's commission structure without warning or explanation.
In the event that an Affiliate delivers fewer than 3 new real money depositors in any 6 month period, Revenue Network may, at its sole discretion, drop that Affiliates Revenue Share Commission to 10% until the Affiliate is able to deliver 3 new real money depositors.
