Due to these terms:
e) You are required to refer a minimum of 1 New Customer per month in each and every
twelve month period you are a member of the Affiliate Programme and this is a material term
of the Agreement. STS reserves the right to amend this minimum New Customer requirement
in relation to individual Affiliates upon reasonable notice to such Affiliates.
We retain the right to change the Commission percentage and method of calculation of
Commission as we wish in accordance with this clause
7. Modification of terms and conditions:
a) We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Affiliate Agreement or
replace it at any time and in our sole discretion by posting a change notice or a new agreement
on our site.
