Due to these terms:

"Active Affiliate" means an Affiliate which refers at least 5 FTD per month . MIN PLAYER RULE

Specually SEO sites, tend to be like rollercosters with traffic meaning even the big ones can have periods with low traffic.

For example, a big well working site can take a hit from MR.G and loose almost all (if not all) traffic volumes to all the casinos. The time to recover can be months and this junkie-program would then adjust the affiliate contract/deal !

They purchased listing and top positions, we had everything in writing and prepared the listing with content etc. When came the time for payment the affiliate manager stated that he had no authority to make deals suddenly and that our agreement was not valid. But if we were willing to give a large discount since all the materials were ready, they'd be interested to continue.

Thats why it's important to have listings paid before actual listings!

A golden rule to new programs and casinos you have not been an affiliate for, is to never ever strike a top-position/listing with them straight ahead.

You should always have atlest a 3 months period to see that stats are updated and correct and that payments are done on time. Fail on thease = not a great program to work with and ofcource not a good program to have any top-positions with.
