Due to these terms:
The existing Reward Plan results in a financial loss to the Company, and/or
The Affiliate fails to generate a minimum of 5 New Depositing Customers per month over a period 3 months, and/or
In the event that the Affiliate, for any reason, does not have knowledge of such obligations, the Affiliate must update its Site within two (2) Working Days upon receipt of a notification from the Company pursuant to article 14.5 of this Agreement;
2 days is a very short time to make changes, needs to be at least 7 days.
Need to mail affiliates with term changes
Need the commission scale
