After discussing the terms with an affiliate manager we are concerned with:

What seems like discrepencies are in fact normal situations. Know that in order for players to qualify, they need deposit a minimum of €20 and wager €75. If this hasn't happened, no commission will be generated.
The confusing part, I admit, is that GGR/NGR do not take this requirement into account so it appears like you are entitled to get more.
I'm actually in discussion with our provider to come up with a way to show the total of qualified NGR, so it is clearer for our affiliates.
