Sorry, regarding ESporBet i'm a bit confused because ESporBet was acquired by Buff.bet in June 2020. And recently, BUFF.bet merged with X-bet.co to form a stronger partnership in the iGaming industry.

Also ESporBet[dot]com isn't reachable

It goes not anymore about registrations or FTD's now it goes already around clicks.
I don't understand why some programs must have terms&conditions like this.

It runs anyway bad and get more and more difficult to promote. But always more programs are coming with these kinds of terms.

They must be crazy and shoot themself into the knees. I mean they risk that no one wants to get a partnership because of predatory terms.

I can't understand how stupid some responsible guys are and i beleive if it goes further with those kind of terms this business will destroy itself at some point.

So long we accept those predatory t&c's it will change nothing and they can do what they want at every time.

We do much too little to show them clearly that we don't accept.

In this industry it gives only a handful companies they never changed any relevant terms and conditions which was to the detriment of partners.

That are companies who never had the intention to disadvantage partners in any way or trying to enrich oneself regarding those predatory terms.
