Due to these terms:

9.1. The term of the Affiliate Agreement will begin when you are approved as an Affiliate and will be continuous unless and until either Party notifies the other in writing that it wishes to terminate the Agreement. In this case the Agreement will be terminated 30 days after such notice is given. For purposes of notification of termination, delivery via e-mail is considered a written and immediate form of notification.

For the avoidance of doubt, Company may also terminate (in accordance with Clause 5 above) upon immediate notice at any time for the Affiliates failure to meet their obligations under the Agreement or otherwise for the Affiliates negligence.

After discussions with Slotum Partners they have modified the term 9.1 to:

For the avoidance of doubt, Company may also terminate (in accordance with Clause 5 above) upon immediate notice at any time for the Affiliate's failure to adhere to our marketing guidelines, spamming, use of iframes, pop-ups, fraud traffic will result in termination from the program, and other failure of Affiliate's obligations with this agreement.

We are now able to move them to certified.

How is it possible to "certify" a program, before, said program's commission %'s have been audited? If Slutum had been audited before being granted AGD certification, we'd all have known this program pay affiliates peanuts...

25% = 16.25%
30% = 19.5%
35% = 22.75%
40% = 26%
45% = 29.25%

P.S. This is a prime example of why I suspect these certifications aren't being conducted by bona fide affiliates, instead, they're being handed out by paid LCB staffers (employees). Frankly no affiliate who earns commission as their income, would ever certify some of the programs which get approved, here at AGD... just sayin!
