Due to these terms:
4.9. The Company reserves the right to change any Affiliates earnings structure (or any part thereof) from time to time or cease the cooperation on the CPA/Hybrid structure, for any reason it deems fit.
4.13. The Company set limits for a minimum level of activity on Affiliates personal area account to one hundred eighty (180) days. Upon exceeding of the mentioned timeframe the Company has the right to block the personal area account and withdraw all funds.
4.15. The Company has the right to withdraw the Affiliates earnings payment due in case the Affiliate is unreachable by all means stated in Affiliates personal area account in a period of one year.
4.8. In case the amount of New Customers does not exceed 1 (one), the Company has the right to cut the lowest rate of percentage in half.
This Agreement may be terminated:
11.1.1. by giving thirty (30) days written (by email) notice to the Affiliate
