Due to these terms:
The term of the Affiliate Agreement will begin when you are approved as an Affiliate and will be continuous unless and until either Party notifies the other in writing that it wishes to terminate the Agreement. In this case the Agreement will be terminated 30 days after such notice is given.
In the case of your breach (or, where relevant, suspected breach) of this Agreement or your negligence in performance under the Affiliate Program,

d) immediately terminate the Affiliate Agreement;
e) the right to withhold monies held in the Affiliate Wallet if they are not withdrawn within a period of 3 (three) months from the date of the termination of the Affiliate Agreement in accordance with clause 9.1.
