Due to these terms:
8.3. If your Affiliate Account is inactive for more than 180 days The Company shall have the right to terminate inactive Affiliate Accounts with a thirty (30) days prior written notice. In this Section, "Inactive" means where you have not had any Real Money Players for one hundred and eighty (180) days or more. The Company shall return your active balance to you if you respond to the notice within the thirty (30) days.
Also, note they have Negative Carryover:
Commissions - Negative Carryover
If the balance is negative due to the user's performance on games the balance shall be carried over to the next month
