Due to these terms:
The Commission charged at the beginning of each month and transferred to the Partner by the 20th day of each calendar month and the Partner account has at least 5 active players (active are those players who have made at least one bet per month for which the payment is made)
8.14. Within 12 months the Partner commits to request payment of existing assets. If more than 12 months have passed since the last application for payment, parimatch.com reserves the right to retain this part of the assets.
8.11. parimatch.com reserves the right to set a minimum level of activity on affiliate accounts.
The minimum level of activity is subject to continuous verification, and the company reserves the right to limit the duration of such agreements. The minimum level should not be excessively high and reflects the intention to abandon accounts, revenues from which it does not cover the costs of account maintenance and payment procedures.
1.4. parimatch.com has the right to change, delete or add the terms of the agreement at its own discretion, without providing any explanation. Changes will be posted on parimatch.com.
9.1. The agreement may be terminated unilaterally, of each side without giving grounds by e-mail notifications.
9.2. The Partner undertakes to refuse using banners, logos and other trademarks of parimatch.com from the moment of termination the agreement.
9.3. Upon termination of the agreement, parimatch.com has the right to withhold all or part of the commission to cover the costs associated with violations of the agreement by the Partner.
Note they also have negative carryover
8.2. Negative account balance is transferred to the next month.
And they have a Low Revenue Share warning:
0 - 5 5%
6 - 10 10%
11 - 20 15%
21 - 35 20%
36 - 80 25%
81 - 150 30%
151 - 500 35%
500 and more 40%
