Forfeited Earnings
Moreover the affiliate hereby agrees that any pending fees/commission due will be forfeited, should the affiliate fails to provide the company with a valid invoice within 6 months of the date that commission fell due.
Minimum Activity Rule
2.1 The Company and its associated companies reserve the right to participate at its own expense defend any of the above-mentioned claims. The Company reserves the rights to change any deal (without any further notice) of any affiliate that generates less than 5 NDCs/month or any affiliate that ceases to promote the Companys casino.
