Perhaps has something to do with AML. Many programs put all kind of insane things in their t&c because of... or better said: hiding after some laws.

I do not see what business they have with my books. I've provided them VAT number, registration number, etc of a company registered within the EU.

They have some postbox company in a notorious money laundering offshore island like CUracao.
