Terms look friendly, but please note:
"COMMISSION AND PAYMENT 6.1. Subject to your adherence to the provisions of the Affiliate Agreement, you will earn Commission in accordance with the Commission Structure. We retain the right to change the Commission percentage and method of calculation of Commission in accordance with this clause.
d) immediately terminate the Affiliate Agreement;
2.18 Audit and Compliance Review Rights The Company reserves the right, upon reasonable written notice, to conduct audits or request records, data, and documentation from the Affiliate to verify compliance with the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to compliance with marketing practices, traffic sources, and payment entitlements. The Affiliate agrees to fully cooperate with such audit or compliance review and to provide access to all relevant systems, websites, records, or other materials reasonably requested by the Company. Failure to provide requested materials within ten (10) business days of the Companys written request shall be considered a material breach of this Agreement."
