"If for 6 consecutive calendar months, we are unable to transfer to you the Affiliate Payments to your Payment Method because of any incomplete or incorrect payment details, or for any other reason beyond our control, we may retain any such Affiliate Payments and will no longer be liable to pay them to you.

7. Commission
From the Application Approval, the default Revenue Share Commission located at www.seven4cash.com shall apply to the Customers sent by you in accordance with this Agreement ("Standard Commission").
13. Duration, Termination and Consequences of Termination
This Agreement shall start from the Agreement Acceptance and shall continue thereafter until it is terminated in accordance with this Agreement.
Either party may terminate the Agreement, any IO, and and/or Negotiated Plan by providing twenty-four (24) hours prior notice to the other by email."
