Terms need some changes, but they look friendly. Never the less, please note the following terms:
NEED TO STATE RETROACTIVE COMMISSION CHANGES WILL NEVER HAPPEN:
"We retain the right to change the REVENUE SHARE AND NET GENERATED REVENUE percentage and method of calculation of Revenue Share as we wish in accordance with clause 1.2"
NEED ADMIN FEES
SHOULD PROVIDE RULES FOR CPA
NEED TO ADD A BETTER REASON FOR TERMINATION AND STATE FINAL EARNINGS WILL BE PAID WITHIN 90DAYS
