Terms look friendly, but please note:
"11.1. The Affiliate Agreement shall take effect with the opening of the Affiliate Account and shall
continue for an indefinite period of time. Either party has the right to terminate the Affiliate
Agreement without cause by providing 24 (twenty-four) hour prior notice to the other Party."
