You might want to check the terms because I see that there IS negative carryover:

Negative earnings are carried forward to the next week in the Sportsbook, Casino, and Poker. If a player(s) generate negative earnings, they can be removed at the affiliates request to adjust the balance in the affiliates favor. Players who have been removed from affiliate earnings will not be added back for future commissions. Should the affiliate close the week with a positive balance (profit), payment will be issued to the player account section and paid out by the method selected available if it meets the minimum threshold.
