Also noteworthy:

6.1 You hereby recognize that if more than 50% of new customers in your total traffic volume make only a few deposits and show low or no gaming activity during the current month, this traffic will be considered as poor quality traffic or “motivated traffic”. The Company may freeze or choose not to pay any Commission related to such traffic.

And:

7.7 gamblezenpartners reserves the right to withhold affiliate payments and/or suspend or close accounts where Customers are found to be abusing any gamblezenpartners promotions, whether done with, or without your knowledge regardless of whether the concluded deal has a test period or not.

7.9 .. Negative Revenue Share will be deducted from CPA part of the commission. This stipulation takes effect unless otherwise agreed with the affiliate manager beforehand ..
