2.6 Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on our site. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available Advertising Revenue, fee schedules, and affiliation Program rules.

5.1 The term of this Agreement will begin when you create a unique link to our site and will be continuous unless and until either party notifies the other in writing that it wishes to terminate the Agreement, in which case this Agreement may be terminated immediately. Termination is at will, for any reason, by either party. For purposes of notification of termination, delivery via e-mail is considered a written and immediate form of notification. For purposes of notification of termination, if your affiliate account is suspended/closed it is considered a written and immediate form of notification.

We also flagged Negative carryover because though they state they do not have it they have a large out:

In case of a negative balance, negative carry over will not be performed by default. We reserve the right to impose negative carryover in the case of a player winning a big amount in one month and losing it back in the next months.

After discussions with High Affiliates they have removed all of the predatory terms and we are now able to move them to certified

Here I wanted to raise the issue of their regulations, namely this point:

4.2 Fee Payment
We will pay you Advertising Revenue on a monthly basis, by the 15th of the next calendar month. If you fail to achieve the minimum amount of €100 Advertising Revenue on a certain month, the earned amount will be forwarded to the next calendar month. All payments will be due and paid in Euro (EUR) currency. In case of a negative balance, negative carry over will not be performed by default. Advertising Revenue will be based upon our good faith calculation based on our statistics. The exact payment method is chosen by the affiliate through a prior agreement with Us.


This point clearly states when and what amount should be paid to the partner. However, the representatives of this casino do not pay on time or at all, as can be seen from the many posts on this forum and the GPWA community. The contact with the managers of this casino is very bad, i.e. laconic answers like: tomorrow, next week, next month, etc. The next time I try to contact them to ask about outstanding payments, they ignore the partners and eventually break off cooperation because.... the partner demanded too much... asked for his remuneration....

Certified Casino? I guess this is some kind of joke... They don't pay commission... they don't respond to messages, they ignore clients, and they still are certified?...

@FreeSpins Unfortunately, we had to close your case as unresolved since we stopped receiving updates from the representative. As advised, in case we receive some news we will re-open the case and assist further.

Please just add a note as a casino not recommended because it is openly cheating its partners. This state of affairs does not allow this casino/affiliate program to be treated as certified.
