Due to this term:

Minimum Activity Rule
Should we not receive any new customers for a period of 6months inclusive, then the Revenue Share will be reduced to 25%. If, after a 12 month inclusive period, no new active Customers are referred, then Revenue Share will be reduced to 15%.

Once a new active Customer has been referred, the following month the Revenue Share will be increased to 25% Revenue Share, and then such Revenue Share will increase in line with delivery.

After discussions with Graphite Affiliates they have agreed to remove the predatory, we are now able to move them to certified.
