Due to these terms:

In the event, the balance due to you is carried over for a period of three (3) consecutive months AND the balance due to you does not exceed US $50 during this period, then the amount due to you will be voided and cancelled, and Juicy Stakes Affiliates has the right to terminate your affiliate agreement.

7.4 AUTOMATIC TERMINATION BY Juicy Stakes Affiliates (IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS INACTIVE). If Your Affiliate Cashier Account is Inactive, Your Agreement and participation in the Affiliate Network will automatically terminate. In this Section, "Inactive" means where (i) You have not generated sufficient Affiliate Accruals to trigger a payment into Your Affiliate Cashier Account or You have not cashed out any funds (through a withdrawal or a transfer to a Player Account) for one-hundred-and-eighty-three (183) days or more; or (ii) You have failed to respond to any verification mails sent to You within a reasonable time, as determined solely by Juicy Stakes Affiliates. Where automatic termination occurs, any funds remaining within Your Affiliate Cashier Account will revert to Juicy Stakes Affiliates.

They gain a few dollars from affiliate accounts, but they lose the trust of affiliates that could bring in real revenue for their affiliate program.

Good morning Affiliate Guard Dog and NDG!

Yes indeed that is ridiculous terms and they should not be in the T&Cs in that way! Unfortunately this has been an oversight on our side since Juicy Stakes changed management and the text was never adjusted.

However, what has to be noted is that we have never gone by those rules and we have always paid all the affiliate commission generated (even cent earnings) to the affiliate accounts.

This is what the text should and will say:

6.4 PAYMENT AND TIME OF PAYMENT: All Affiliate Accruals generated through Your Payment Plan will be paid into Your Affiliate Cashier Account within fifteen (15) days of the close of each calendar month. Juicy Stakes Affiliates may impose reasonable restrictions on the frequency and amounts that can be cashed out of Your Affiliate Cashier Account for administrative convenience and/or to protect the security of Your account.

7.4 ABANDONMENT OF ACCOUNT AND ACCOUNT BALANCE: If You do not access Your Affiliate Cashier Account by "logging in" to Your Affiliate Cashier Account using Your e-mail and password for a period of three hundred and sixty five (365) days, Juicy Stakes Affiliates reserve the right to close Your Affiliate Cashier Account and the entire Affiliate Cashier Account Balance will be deemed abandoned and forfeited. Note; the requirement for login and entry is not and does not constitute any condition whatsoever for You to play any game, deposit funds nor participate in any activity at the Sites other than logging in.
