1.6 Any failure at any time by Tau Marketing Services to require strict performance by an Affiliate of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect in any way Tau Marketing Services' right to require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall Tau Marketing Services' waiver of a breach of any provision of this Agreement be taken or held to be a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same provision or any other provision.

After an easy and quick discussion with Tau affiliates, they have made it clear that they want to run a fair and friendly program, they have removed this term from their T&Cs.

They have Negative Carry Over.

5.2 Commission payment details:

5.2.1 The Commission shall be defined as the compensation due to the affiliate based on a percentage of Gaming Profit generated by players who have been directed to the applicable Merchant website with a valid click.

5.2.2 In the event that the account carries a negative commission balance at the end of a month, the negative balance will be carried over until this negative amount is cancelled out by positive earnings.
