Due to these terms:

Dormant Account
The Operator reserves the right to close any dormant Affiliate Accounts which have not sent at least one new Customer for six consecutive months. The closure of Affiliate Accounts will result in the termination of this Affiliate Agreement and any rights of the Affiliate to Commissions generated from legacy Customers.

We have discussed the predatory term with Yourbet Affiliates and they have agreed to change the predatory term to:

New 3.11:

"Dormant Affiliate Account: An Affiliate Account which has not sent at least one new depositing customer for six consecutive months is considered to be dormant. The Operator reserves the right to reduce the reward plan to a minimum of 25% revenue share, should an affiliate account go dormant."
