Migration issues?

Hello everyone,


We’ve decided to add a thread here, as we’ve been trying to reach out the affiliate managers (via Skype, email, casino support), without any success so far.

We'd like to check if other affiliates are experiencing similar situations, as well as try to receive an answer from an affiliate manager.

What happened is that all stats after October 25 have been migrated to the new platform (BitcoincasinoGroup). It turns out that we aren’t able to add any payment method (within this new platform), so we can’t request a cash out.

Other casinos have also completed this migration (to the same platform), but they do allow adding payment methods, so at the moment it seems to be an issue only for this brand.

While we do understand that the migration process might take longer and encounter issues, that bugs may appear and so on, we also believe we are owed an answer and assistance in the process. We’re not sure if/when we will able to cash out.

Anybody? :rolleyes:

If nobody else is experiencing this, it's both good and bad news I suppose.

I guess our only option is to continue our "stalking" process and hope that their affiliate team will answer eventually :D Will post here in case of a resolution.

If any relevant info comes to mind, feel free to share with us, thanks guys.

Quick update. Although we still haven't received an answer, it seems there is progress within the account, the Payment Methods menu is now functional, so I suppose there was a bug they've worked on. cheers!
