Hello everyone

Will try to briefly tell the story how Mainstreet refuse to pay...

I was shocked to hear such a response from a company that we considered one of the most fair to affiliates..

Around 2017 (when MainstreetAffiliates switched to the BTC payment method from Neteller/Skrill) - because at that time we were not using BTC.

In the months leading up to that moment, some earnings was accumulated - but because we were not using BTC at that time, this income could not be paid.

Based on a fruitful cooperation in the past, we had hope that along the way, either we would make the decision to use BTC (which only happened in 2025 - a few weeks ago), OR new payment methods will be added by MainstreetAffiliates.

Then at the end of October (28 October, 2025) - we wrote a letter to Mainstreet Affiliate support team (support@mainstreetaffiliates.com, affiliatepayments@mstreetcorp.eu, management@mstreethost.com, crm@mstreetcorp.eu) with our BTC account address - but without any response

Then at the beginning of December we received a response - as a result of the discussion, the last response being...

"Pls see the two attachments, which shows you have not sent any traffic in the last 3 years. Kindly stop wasting my time."

What is the opinion of Guarddog society here on such of answer?

The AM sounds cynical, jaded, and possibly new to the program. or a hired "Gun" who is getting paid according to the net profits they generate.

You'll be aware (source GPWA) that a group called TOTAL Affiliates took over from 1st December ... so you're dealing with new people who don't care about previous earnings especially because you're not actively generating - hence their message.

They just see this as money going OUT without any chance of new activity.

Whatever - the fact that they're prepared to debate paying commissions earned over seven years when finally claimed shows that won't be a good partner in the long term.

That being said ... SEVEN YEARS ? WTF?

Why did you wait SO long to actually take control of your finances? You were asking for something bad to happen by letting a sum accumulate.

I've known Totalaffiliates (+ DM) for a long time +/- 2014, until i was forced to step away(2021-2022) from business for a while...

+ we also had fruitful cooperation with them.

In the next reply i will post the letter we received from MainStreet, regarding this sale/purchase.

its not about money (LOL $1000+), i just decided to share with other partners - maybe this is, as you say, "new Manager to the program" - we'll see...

Let me repeat, at that time there was no desire to use BTC (remember KasinoKing's post about how he was robbed/lost around GBP 30,000?)...

+ we had hope that along the way new payment methods will be added by Mainstreet.

As i wrote above, i haven't been able to run this business for the last 3-4 years...

+ at that time i had no reason NOT to trust this company based on fruitful cooperation with them...

+ i also discussed this point with Carol (when Mainstreet switched to BTC) that as soon as they have other payment methods, or i decide to use BTC to write to him at carolaffiliatepayments @ mainstreetca.com but unfortunately, this address no longer exists.

On December 9, 2025 we received a letter with the following text:

We would like to inform you that as of December 1st 2025 Total Affiliates will take control of 4 brands previously of Mainstreet Affiliates:

Las Vegas USA
SlotsPlus
Vegas Casino Online
Sun Palace

What does this mean for you?

1. Your Mainstreet affiliate account will remain active in the Mainstreet affiliate system until January 31st 2026

2. February 1st 2026 the 4 brands will move to Total Affiliates system and from this date you will only be able to manage your Mainstreet affiliate account in Total Affiliates system

3. All previous earnings up until the end of November 30th 2025 are the responsibility of the previous Mainstreet group

4. All new earnings from December 1st 2025 will be the responsibility of Total Affiliates

5. Your players, tracking links and campaigns will transfer to Total Affiliates system, so you will continue to earn from your existing players and your new traffic

6. Your current affiliate revenue share % will remain the same in the Mainstreet program until January 31st 2026

7. When the system switches to Total Affiliates your revenue share will be calculated slightly differently using: Deposits - Withdrawals - Chargebacks - Refunds x RS% = Earnings
No negative carry over
No bundling
Total Affiliate terms

8. Total Affiliates may contact you to discuss previous and future deals

9. You will NOT have to update your affiliate tracking links, but we do advise that over time you update them to the URLs provided in Total Affiliates system

10. When the switch is made to Total Affiliates on February 1st 2026 there will be no existing Mainstreet data/reports in Total Affiliates system. The system will start fresh. Therefore, we urge you to download any old data/reports that you may need from Mainstreet Affiliates before January 31st 2026 when the Mainstreet Affiliates program will be switched off

We are here to help you through this transitional period and moving forward, and are looking forward to building a long-term partnership which is profitable for all parties!
