    Hi everyone,

    In recent months we have been getting the payments out about the 15th of the month. For many of you here (that are US based), that's why you haven't seen your payment just yet.

    If you are outside of the USA and use Neteller, then your payment is generally received earlier than that as funding is different for non-USA payments.

    Hello, stille waitng July Neteller payment from Mainstreet Affiliates. This is very unusual
    I am talking with Carol,

    This is very unusual for MA to delay payment so long. Usually they pay until 4th. I am talking with another affiliates. Some of them received they July comission to Neteller without any problems. Some, as me, still waiting. This is very strange.

    Before Pete left, if I sent and email it was answered quickly. The last email I sent them was in March 2015, I'm still waiting :D

    But i am Non-US affiliate.

    Thanks. Usually I get an email but wasn't sure if was sent and ended up in the spam box and I deleted it in my haste.

    This thread is making me wounder if I should pull them? While I used to have a steady stream of a few hundred a month.. In the last 6 months I've earned nothing at all. Their casinos look dated, but I kept them as they had a good rep. among affiliates, players and sent super fast payments!

    If this is no longer the case, I'll include them in my next 'round up and clean out...'

    Since Pete's silent exit and the payment issues, I think it's a fair question.

    We received our Mainstreet payment yesterday and Carol sent me email apologizing for the delay ,as for revenue in last two months we have seen a increase in deposits and revenue from them .Hopefully August payments will be back on track ,this month is definitely off track but not going to complain about receiving a payment on August 14 for July .

    This July, our partner brands successfully launched a new bonus system and a responsive interface on three of their sites. Your current and future players can now enjoy a more customized and seamless playing experience.

    As this endeavour winds down and systems and numbers are updated, we want to inform you that your revenue share payments for July may be higher or lower than they should be due to some of the changes made to the systems that have not been rectified at the time of commission payments.

    Due to your continued efforts and loyalty, the partner brands wanted to refrain from delaying your payments as they sort through these minor post-launch details. As such, the affiliates will be paid out this month as usual, and it will be based on the current reported NGR numbers.

    We will have this issue rectified this month, and we will then reconcile all the payments that were issued for July earnings, adding or removing any earnings that need to be applied to your account.

    We thank you for your understanding and if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach us

    I didn't get that e-mail - and I also didn't get my July pay. :(

    Obviously they can't pay me as I live in the UK and my pay method was Neteller.
    But no-one from Mainstreet contacted me to set up a different arrangement. :mad:

    In their back-end, it only shows Neteller or Check - who uses Cheques these days??? :eek:
    E-mailed them yesterday (Saturday) - let's see if I get any reply...
