Your colleague got back to me. He claims that casino management "does not know" if players were transferred from Saturn Bingo to Sun Palace Casino, despite the fact that the Saturn Bingo website has been forwarding all visitors to Sun Palace since a long time. I am having a very hard time believing this, as it should be very easy to clarify this information.
I will pass this information to my mgmt.

Unfortunately this still has not been addressed after all these weeks. Can you please clarify if any Saturn Bingo customer accounts were transferred to Sun Palace Casino?
I would think, if the specific party hasn't directly answered said question, then one could assume the truth is as is...
