Lost player, no answers.

At referback your players could be signed to other affiliates when closing
their accounts and then reopen them.

A few weeks back I noticed a player of mine was playing at King Neptunes. The player did send me a screenshot. After checking this a few days with no activity in my affiliate account, I contacted RB with this question and I was told in first this was not my player?????? After a few screenshots and proof they didn't know what went wrong as the player was attached to another affiliate???????

We are now 5 weeks further and still no answer on these questions. Yesterday I asked again and they told me to wait some more as they apparently still did not find some answers for this.

I hope this is a one time issue, but regarding to what happened to me, I do not think this is an one time issue anymore.

So check your accounts maybe you lost some players too. I'm done with them and will remove them from my website.

It's fairly well-known among affiliates that Referback use 'first referrer' tagging. This means that if a player signs up and plays for real money by clicking your affiliate link, they will get assigned to a different affiliate if that player had previously clicked another affiliate's links.

Referback are being extremely disingenuous in their responses to your questions because they are well aware of this.

Added: I've just noticed you are Dutch - so here's the definition of the word disingenuous:

"Not candid or sincere, typically by pretending that one knows less about something than one really does."

Hi Free4Gambling,

Roxy has already resolved this with you - short answer: the player's account at King Neptunes was closed and that's why it's not showing up in your stats.

I have received an email from my affiliate manager briefing me the player was still attached to my account during the period the player had played. I've had no answer why I did not see any activity in my account, maybe they still investigate this. Player account was closed later that month.

On the question earlier on how I did know player would be attached to my affiliate tag. I met this player and he asked me for a good mgs casino and I gave him one of mine wich I never used before.
