Received this email a few days ago. We have stopped using this account mentioned below so hence little traffic, also because we stopped using it we didn't include it with our KYC docs. I can understand their actions for not fulfilling the KYC requirements but suspending links for low traffic???
I'm writing to let you know that - on the request of our platform partner - we have suspended your Flip Affiliates links under the username xxxx.
This move will prevent new traffic from being sent to Reel Island Casino, however you will continue receiving commission payments on existing traffic.
Why Your Account Settings Have Been Changed
At the end of October, new rules came into effect, which mean that we are directly responsible for all the information presented by our affiliates, in addition to existing rules which require us to collect Know Your Customer information from our affiliates.
To decrease our liabilities, we are redirecting the traffic of affiliates who have not provided a substantial number of depositing accounts over the last year, and who haven't provided the KYK documents we requested.
Owing to the low number of new depositing accounts we've received from the account xxxxx, and the fact we have not received the necessary documents associated with the account, we have redirected links to prevent it from sending new traffic.
What Happens to Your Traffic?
I would like to stress that this move has absolutely no affect on your existing players - you will continue to receive full commission for players you sent before we made this change.
However, if new traffic clicks the links to our brand which you are promoting, they will now be redirected to Google instead of Reel Island.
