Due to the recent Royal Decree-Law (RDL) approved by the Spanish Government, compulsory actions need to be implemented during alarm status in Spain.
During the period of validity of the declaration of the state alarm, William Hill may not carry out the following actions for the Spanish market:
- Promotional activities aimed at attracting new clients by collecting bonuses, allowances, discounts..or any other similar mechanism;
- Promotional activities, communication for existing clients by collecting bonuses, allowances, discounts..or any other similar mechanism;
- Commercial communications in any of the information society services (including individual communications by mailing, banners on some website or in the home page of the operator, sms or equivalent services and social networks but not limited).
Affiliates are advised to:
- Remove all reference to William Hill including removing all bonuses/promotions you have in your Websites / Social Networks (both written and images);
- Stop sending mailings/messages through any Social Networks in regards of Promos or commercial activity on William Hill;
- Remove William Hill Logos (you will find them at the Affiliates Platform).
These changes need to be done before 3rd April 2020.
In case of questions, affiliates are advised to contact their William Hill Affiliate Managers or Affiliates Support.
