The scum bag who owns NonStopBonus has these T&C's:

Non-Stop Bonus grant you a personal, nonexclusive, non-transferable right to use our website and software, and to download a single copy of content for temporary use. This right, however, comes with the following conditions:

  • The purpose of the right or license to download is for personal use only. It may not be sub-licensed, rented out, assigned, leased, loaned, nor are you allowed to distribute copies.
  • You are prohibited to translate, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, tamper, adapt, create derivative works on, copy, imitate, make changes in the materials, echo, or represent any software or proprietary or copyright notations obtained from our website.
  • You are prohibited to use materials obtained from the Non-Stop Bonus website for commercial purposes or public showing, be it for commercial intent or otherwise, or have it transferred to another person.
  • Attempt to hack, access, enter, interfere or bypass our security system to make changes to the features or software of our website, which we solely own, is also prohibited.
  • Once these terms and conditions are violated, the license/right is automatically terminated without any further notice. Whatever material you have obtained from Non-Stop Bonus, be it in printed or electronic form, must be destroyed.
Reiterating, has no problem stealing from others but don't do it from him...

1. contact your affiliate manager and have his account suspended as per T&C it is not allowed to spam/steal content.

2. refer the affiliate program to this thread and post any decision by the AP, so we can see who is actually following up and who does not care.

At this point is pretty clear that TBFCL steal many of the bonus codes from other AGD members. This sucks even more because TBFCL is a member of AGD from 2013

Maybe it's time casinos put an end to the actual use of bonus codes. Instead they should allow the exclusive bonus to be offered to the new referral once they have signed up through the required tracker*. A webmaster could still advertise their exclusive bonus without it being scraped by the low life bottom dwellers. Affiliates would be happy, players would be happy and casino support would be happy. Scrapers would sulk. :)

Edit: * I meant to indicate that the exclusive bonus be offered via the players account once they are logged in.

I reckon that's a great idea.
Though one small issue, if affiliates are still receiving the exclusive bonus, even without the code, the scum bags will still use the ad copy per se. They just wont have the codes anymore. I think the real problem is the casinos need to clamp-down on any affiliate using/promoting these bonuses without permission.

The way to protect legit affiliates is to honor the exclusive bonus and then move the player to the rightful affiliate's account along with all earnings.

this does not work IMO

The sole aim of Thebigfreeshitlist to use these bonus codes is to drive traffic to his sites as almost all codes do not work once signed up through his tracker, but he is hoping the players want to play and deposit anyway.

conclusion : the affiliate who has the exclusive bonus will lose the player to Thebigfreeshitlist as there is no way to prove otherwise, I could be wrong but that is my understanding as the referral code prevails the bonus code to tag the player.

Sorry folks you have to contact your affiliate manager!

We all know his intention. You could be right in that the tag takes precedence. I'm sure there are non-tagged joins that scour sites for bonus codes just to try them.

I just got a response back from one program, the code is invalid to the player however i did notice that on the image that was sent to me there is a check box to associate the code to that said affiliate "unchecked" all of the sportsbooks i work with credit the code owner, will be interesting to see how many casinos do the same? I take my time out to arrange deals, write custom articles "hundreds of hours" and give lucrative spots on my site only for someone to steal and use it for their own gain as part of their marketing plan on a junk site with million of paid dodgy backlinks. they did not mention if the said referrer is tagged which im sure they probably are.

Like what happened with the hackers previously, if enough affiliates hit this head on then perhaps there will be a change in the way codes are credited in a similar way to sportsbooks? however these sites send so much traffic i'm assuming so will be interesting to see how certain programs react to this...

When I used to run a bonus site, I remember this happening. When I looked into it - I noticed that nearly ALL of the 'exclusive' bonuses I got were NOT EXCLUSIVE. This is an issue from the casino end of things even more so than the bonus sites (which have been taking advantage of this for years and years). The programs/casinos do not take the time to set up exclusives... mostly they will just copy an exclusive from another site and add your code to it somehow. What this means is that anyone using your code can come through any tracker and be tagged to THAT affiliate.

Like it was said above (by @DaftDog , I think) - if they created these bonuses correctly, this issue would go away entirely. They are just not willing to do that in many cases. :(

I only ever had a couple exclusives but the AM always asked me to make up the code or are you referring to the actual offer that is duplicated?

Even when you make up the code... the bonus itself isn't exclusive (most of the time). The offer itself is duplicated and, as a result, they don't tend to manage it by referral URL. So... let's put it this way. You can have a bonus that is usable for everyone and all anyone has to do is change the referral link or type in the bonus code. That was the way it was when I was doing bonuses, anyway. I noticed it quite a bit.

When I google bonus paradises' code (in quotes) about 1030 sites/pages list that code.
Yeah just amazing! Don't ask how many players are upset if they do not get the bonus. More, they simply do not trust anymore what they find on honest gambling websites.
I guess it is better to not any have exclusive codes from any online casino posted.

It is also no option to send players the codes in private, some will share the codes.

It would be nice if the casinos could be set up something like i.e.
Player signs up through your tracker, logs in his new account and gets a pop up like:
Claim your exclusive bonus from "Website Name"
Affiliates can still post that they can offer an exclusive bonus and do not have to publish any codes.

Personally, I think the programs should do a better job. I would like to see:

1. Bonus is always exclusive to the webmaster (not just the tracker). That way, the webmaster ALWAYS gets credit for that bonus code
2. The Bonus gets it's own specific landing page so that the webmaster (i.e., Website) gets the credit visually

I always tried to get custom landing pages at least to show that the bonus was exclusive to my bonus site. It wasn't easy going :(
