1. Id like to know why there are no banking details in our affiliate backend ?
2. Why are there no options to change banking details, to say neteller/paypal type options ?
3. Why are there no payment history statistics ?

Because the less information they give you, and the fewer opportunities they give you to manage your account, the more they can rob, steal, and fleece you at their leisure.

Also because they have moved to the Mexos system and it has been riddled with faults, errors, skimming, fraud for years - a decision that was probably forced by investment by this company (Playtech) in Ladbrokes (they signed a 5 year deal to take everything to Israel - see below) as even my dog would have the common sense to never move to this system given other company experiences on it!

Ladbrokes issues third profit warning for 2013 amid takeover rumours | Business | The Guardian
Earlier this year it decided to ditch its existing online systems and instead signed a five-year partnership agreement with Israeli software group Playtech, a former partner of rival William Hill. But the gambling group said that disruption and delays meant its online profits would fall well below market expectations.

LMFAO - that's what you get when you make ridiculous business decisions.

I wonder if they also overlooked the fact that the UK government will start charging them 15% tax on all of their UK players from December 1st, 2014? That will hit them even harder, and they're now locked into this Israeli deal it seems for the next 5 years.

Hi Honestgaz,

Regarding your three questions:

1. We are currently developing a new version of the Mexos platform that when launched, will include a section for banking details;

2. The new version of Mexos will indeed include options to change your banking information;

3. When we announced the migration to Mexos, we advised all affiliates via email that they would need to download their payment history prior to the migration since Mexos does not support this feature. To get your payment history statistics since the migration, please contact your affiliate manager who will be happy to help you out.

We will notify all affiliates when we have more details regarding the launch of the new Mexos platform.

If you need any additional assistance in the meantime, please feel free to get in touch with your affiliate account manager.

Sincerely,

The LadbrokesPartners Team

Following up on my own mess at Ladbrokes.... you may recall I was owed payments for NOVEMBER, which eventually arrived in January. Despite my rep Saar confirming the correct amount, he then proceeded to underpay me.

Guess what he's told me AGAIN? "I will manually add the missing amount in the next payment circle."

Thanks, Ladbrokes, for expecting me to suffer your mistakes. I couldn't care less about your payment 'circle'.

Fortunately, the underpayment isn't much, but that's almost irrelevant. If I paid someone a month late, I'd make damn sure I got the payment correct, and if I then screwed up the late payment by underpaying, the LAST thing I'd do is tell the recipient to wait another month. My rep didn't even bother to apologise and I'm done with Ladbrokes if I'm stuck with him.

I note on the 'INFO' box on this page that it shows that Ladbrokes have NO negative carryover. That needs to show YES now after they sneakily changed their terms when moving from Score Affiliates to this new abortion.

1. We are currently developing a new version of the Mexos platform that when launched, will include a section for banking details;

The Mexos platform enabled Ladbrokes to remove any customer from an account without knowledge of affiliates. Neither account ID's, nor the total amount of registrations are visible in the statistics anymore.

I wonder how some affiliates can trust this company still. The establishment of their brand and the big stands at the conferences are obviously working.

I haven't trusted them for years - and each time they "upgraded" their back end and SCREWED THEIR AFFILIATES, that trust was eroded even further.
The impression I get, is they're so big they don't actually give a flying toss about their affiliates. :(

Yes, affiliates do not affect them. It is a very short sighted view though in today's competitive online betting marketplace. They may have enough affiliates now and plenty of exposure through media channels, but nothing beats the word of mouth in the long run.

It's Groundhog Day at Ladbrokes.

Every 3 months they change my affiliate manager, who mysteriously has no record of any communication with any of the previous managers. That means the new guy gets to ask all of the same old questions (how can I get top positions and max exposure) and I get to give him the same old answers (give me a fair deal with no NCO and stats I can trust).

Then he tells me he'll go away and check that with the senior management (who I know will refuse) and so I never hear back from him until his next mail, which asks, yes you guessed it, how he can have top positions and max exposure.

A couple of months later, he moves on / gets sacked and we get to do the same old dance again.

Sound familiar to anyone else?

OMG - that is EXACTLY the same run-around I get.

Groundhog Day = great analogy! ;)

Exactly that is what is happening, @Evil Homer. Their rotation is massive and the guys in Tel Aviv are jumping back and forth from one company to another.

Unfortunately it is impossible to trust Ladbrokes Partners anymore or even try to build a reliable partnership. With their Mexos software they are basically free to do whatever due to the missing details in their statistics.

People will continue to find Ladbrokes are crooks and thieves, and as you can see this post is several months old and people are still having issues with them.

Drop them. This is the way business is done in Tel Aviv. The same old crooks move from company to company and steal your earnings, whether it be Ladbrokes, William Hill, Winner, 888, TitanBet etc

Move your traffic to a company that will give you more sustainable future earnings. You won't be around as an affiliate in the long term if you rely on earnings from these companies. None of the above have the greatest retention anyway, so if you do have strong earnings with them from historical referrals then just tick them over giving them minimum traffic to keep your invoices paid each month until your account withers to nothing. Even better, try identify your own referrals through your websites and market other brands to them to get those players to switch to more reliable companies.

If you think you're getting good money from these guys at the moment (and some people do get good money because these companies inflate earnings to keep people excited and interested once they know they've hooked someone gullible enough to give them lots of traffic), then think that you're probably being ripped off by 50% of that income. Elsewhere you might be earning double if you're with someone not paying you with one hand and taking with the other.

The likes of Ladbrokes and William Hill love small affiliates they can throw $500 at and then get all of their top ad space. They hook you in and rip you off, the next thing you know your account will suspiciously go $20,000 negative from "a big winner" and they'll ask you to promote again as strong as you can but under a new affiliate account that is set to zero.

It's the same scam, over and over again.

Ladbrokes are not just dirty, they're plain right filthy. Like most Israeli based programs, they're just in it to lure in naive affiliates and rob from them - this is just the way business is done there.

It took me a VERY long time to learn that - but unfortunately you are spot on.
