Hi. Is anyone home? Ive been referred to 2 managers, as the one manager that i have been dealing with has left the company and referred me to my previous manager again. But when i log in my affiliate dashboard, i see that i have been allocated another manager again.

I messaged my previous manager on teams and telegram, but no response for 2 days now and she has not accepted my message on telegram.

i also tried to contact my new manager on telegram, the info that was given on my dashboard, and he as well not accepted my messages on telegram.

they quick to hound you for traffic, but when you need help with retention or general enquires, there no one is home to help you.

i also emailed affiliates@kongaffiliates.com and info@kongaffiliates.com, and no one has responded either.

Is anyone else also having this issue.

Hi

I finally got hold of the managers to assist, but somehow i find it rather odd, that after i spoke to her, my account was " In Active"

So know i cant log in my account, and ive been requesting help from since Friday afternoon and still no reply.

This is getting so annoying, like why is My Account not active all of a sudden?
