We received the following email:
"Dear affiliate,
As we mentioned earlier, there was a problem with the data shown in the Blitz system. This is because the platform provider of Blitz had done an update on 31/12, which caused an unforeseen issue with the extract of the correct data. They are currently rectifying this.
In the meantime, we have manually imported the correct data for 31/12 and the month of January into the system, so these figures are now correct and from now on you can prepare an invoice for January.
Please note, at the moment only January is correct, from February 1st you will still see incorrect data in the system, until the platform provider has resolved the extract procedure.
Since the update happened on 31/12, and the data of that day was wrong, it may be that you received more or less commission and / or paid out for the month of December. We have now corrected these in the January commission.
We will of course keep you informed as soon as the data has been correctly processed in the system from the beginning of February.
