Iwild partners not pay and not answer me - UNRESOLVED

I write to them regularly. But it takes 3-5 days to get an answer. Then... silence again. They promise that they will pay, wait. But nothing happens...

Update: Member @Oleg Osman informed us that the problem has not been resolved. Despite receiving assurances from the representatives that the payment would be made, no payment was received, and the payout request got canceled. Upon receiving this information, we reached out to the representatives once more.
