Issue with MrQPartners

I can’t log in to my MrQ Partners account anymore.


I never got any email or notification saying the account was closed or anything like that: it just stopped working. Password reset doesn’t seem to help either.


What’s suspect too is that I had only referred one (whale) player, and the deposit stats on that account were fluctuating — going up and then down again. That doesn’t really make sense.

The player had deposited like £28k at one point, and I've made around £3k of that. Later, I checked again, and the deposits were around £18k.


Now I’m completely locked out, and support isn’t responding to my emails, and hasn't been for a while.

Don't want to throw shade (yet), but it doesn't seem normal.

Update: MrQ Partners still haven’t responded to any of my emails, and at this point it looks like they’ve simply closed or disabled my affiliate account without notifying me.

I never received an email saying the account was being terminated, suspended or reviewed. One day I just couldn’t log in anymore, and password resets don’t fix it.

What makes the whole thing stranger is the reporting before I lost access. I had only referred one player, but it was a pretty significant player. At one point, the account showed roughly £28,000 in deposits, and I had earned around £3,000 in commission from that activity.

When I checked again later, the reported deposits had somehow dropped to around £18,000.

I’m not accusing them of anything at this stage, because there could potentially be an explanation for the reporting adjustment. But a roughly £10,000 reduction in reported deposits, followed by my account becoming inaccessible, no notification whatsoever, and then complete silence from support despite multiple emails definitely doesn’t seem normal.

For now, I’d just like MrQ Partners to explain what happened to the account and why the figures changed.
