Hello AGD Community, we have received a following notification about MyShare Partners:
"Dear Partner,
We are writing to inform you of an important change regarding the MySharePartners affiliate program.
Betrust Entertainment, the entity with which you entered into your affiliate agreement, has completed the sale of the brands of its group and will no longer be involved in the operation or management of those brands or their affiliate activities.
As a result, Betrust Entertainment will cease operating the MySharePartners affiliate program and will no longer be in a position to continue the existing affiliate partnership under the current agreement.
In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the affiliate agreement, which provide for termination by written notice and acknowledge termination in the event of a change of control or sale of the business, please be informed that your affiliate agreement with Betrust Entertainment will be terminated with effect from 1 January 2026.
All commissions validly generated and accrued up to the effective termination date will be calculated and paid in full in accordance with the terms of the agreement. No commissions will accrue after the termination date, as Betrust Entertainment will no longer operate the group brands or generate gaming revenue.
The MySharePartners program name will continue under a new operator. The new operator may contact you separately with updated terms and conditions should you wish to continue promoting the group brands under a new affiliate agreement.
We would like to sincerely thank you for your partnership, trust, and cooperation throughout the period in which Betrust Entertainment operated the brands. We truly appreciate the collaboration we have had with you.
