Ibet changes deal to 0% revenue share - UNRESOLVED

We have worked with Ibet.com for several years without any problems on the standard revenue share deal. Up to 40%
We earned only smaller amounts with them in the past years but everything was ok and have been paid.
Now In April we had a highroller and earned €4918
The player signed up long time ago and is already playing for a long time, but in April he was loosing a huge amount for the first time.
In May the player continues playing.

Totally surprising for us we received the following email from Ibet:

Hello ***,

We would like to inform you that due to the account/players activity on your account, we will change the deal to 0% revenue share, starting with May 2024.

We were totally shocked and immediately asked what is the excactly reason for this but we did get any answer. So far We also did not received the payment for April.

If this wasn't made by mistake then it's obvious to me - they don't want pay your earnings.

We don't work with this company but i can really imagine that your are totally shocked. Sometimes one can't comprehend why a partner company suddenly handle in this way. Especially if you have a partnership for a long time.

Hope that Claymore will reverse and pay you. Otherwise it casts a very bad light on this company and will damage their reputation.

They cancelled our deal last week retroactively for month may so that we have some hope that we will get at least our commisions for April. (We will change the deal to 0% revenue share, starting with May 2024.)

The commissions for April are still available in the partner tool.

This doesn't sound too good regarding their business. They've been constantly late with payments for some months now so the red flags keep piling up.
