A lot of affiliate programs promise "personal support" and "24/7 service." In practice that means an autoresponder and a manager who replies three days later.
Here's how it actually works with us.
A personal manager from day one
Every partner at AffKong gets a dedicated manager. Not a shared support inbox – a real person you know by name and can message directly on Telegram or Teams.
Our managers don't just answer questions. They proactively track your numbers and flag it if something looks off.
Transparent real-time stats
We run on a third-party analytics platform that updates in real time. You always see the current numbers: clicks, sign-ups, conversions, revenue.
No "we'll recalculate at the end of the month." No unexplained adjustments.
Terms that are actually negotiable
We don't have a rigid rate card applied to everyone equally. Terms depend on traffic quality, geo, volume. If you're bringing value, we're willing to reflect that in your terms.
In-person meetings
We regularly attend key industry conferences: London, Lisbon, Rome, Madrid, and others. Face-to-face matters to us — business is built on trust, and trust is built through real conversation.
Negative balance doesn't carry over If a month goes badly and the balance goes negative because of traffic behavior, we don't carry that deficit into the next period.
That's just fair. And we think it should be the standard.
