Due to these terms:
"IV Advertisers may change any payout rate or cancel an Offer in whole or part at their discretion, which may result in withholding or adjusting Reward payouts.
Hearts Partners reserve the right to deduct funds from the Publisher's account balance if the Publisher fails to respond to communication or otherwise remains unreachable for a period of 60 (sixty) calendar days following the date the funds were credited. The Publisher expressly waives and releases any claims, demands, or liabilities against Hearts Partners arising out of or in connection with such deductions."
