"T&C's Update
We have updated our definition of 'Gross Revenue' to include the deduction of local gaming taxes in jurisdictions where they are applied.
Definition of 'Gross Revenue'
“Gross Revenue” means the monthly sum total of all Players’ purchase of bets less the winnings of Players from both the Casino and Sports Products less any further credits, bonus or promotional amounts given to Players, less bad debts, less any uncollectible revenue attributable to a Player, less fraud, less Government-issued gaming taxes, less transactions which are reversed by instruction from the card-holder’s bank (commonly referred to as charge-backs).
